The  coast of the Greek capital towards Faliro, will soon become unrecognizable! Environment Minister yesterday gave the "green light" to improve the infrastructure of the area. The project involves investment in the amount of  230 million euro, which will create 1,000 new jobs.

Modernization of the district will include the creation of parks in the area of ​​600 thousand sq.m, playgrounds and cafés. In particular, in Paleo Faliro Coastal Zone will be located a recreation park "Stavros Niarhos", close to Stadium ''Irinis Filias''. In addition to direct city park trees and green space, will provide a platform for carrying out educational and cultural activities, sporting events, as well as commercial use.

Going down to the waterfront, you can enjoy sunny days on an artificial sandy beach, south of it will create two islands. The whole program is based on the highest environmental standards and respect of nature.
