- Old apartments (over 5 years old): prices rose by 6.6%, compared to 14.5% in 2023 and 11.6% in 2022.

- Athens: +7.7% year-on-year (in 2023 — +13.9%).
- Thessaloniki: +12.1% (in 2023 — +16.5%).
- Other cities: +4.9% (in 2023 — +15.0%).
- Other areas of Greece: +9.5% (in 2023 — +11.6%).
On average, across all urban areas in Greece, apartment prices increased by 7.3% in Q3 2024, which is lower than the 14.2% growth recorded during the same period in 2023.
